Coaching your people

Coaching

Coaching supports personal development and enables individuals and organisations to realise and unlock their true potential. The results can involve growth and change which may be in perspective, attitude or behaviour. It can be used as part of a wider development programme, as transitional support following a change in role or on joining an organisation and as support to improve performance.

Our coaching services support business and individuals. We work holistically with the client in the context of the organisation or personal situation to help achieve both personal and organisational goals.

At Stewart Partnership our approach to coaching is underpinned by a belief that that there is the potential within every individual for personal growth and change. Our coaching provides a safe, respectful and non-judgemental environment in which the client can develop on both a professional and personal level.

Coaching for Business

Many people in business have benefitted from the one to one, focussed development that coaching provides. Examples include executives and senior leaders using it as a safe environment to consider challenging situations or relationships, make decisions and hone performance. First line managers and supervisors have tapped into coaching to improve confidence, solve problems and increase levels of skill.

Julie has coached one of my service managers and I have seen a huge change in the manager concerned particularly in terms of leadership skills; they have found the coaching to be of enormous value in dealing professionally and effectively with some difficult management issues.

Career Coaching

Are you ambitious and ready to make your next career move? Facing redundancy or changes at work and unclear about your next step? Thinking of changing your job but don't know where to start?

Career coaching can help you make the changes you want at a pace that suits you. Through our structured programme, we will work with you to explore your strengths and motivation, generate ideas for a new career and help you find the clarity and confidence you need to identify your ideal job and plan to make it a reality.

After taking voluntary redundancy I decided to enlist some expert help and signed up for a career coaching course with The Stewart Partnership. The course made me take a step back and assess what I really wanted to do, and what type of career was best suited to me. I felt motivated and inspired following my sessions and was amazed at the opportunities that materialised as a result of 'unlocking' my creativity and self-belief.
