Short Courses and Workshops
Our training is always highly participative with attendees encouraged to get involved and to discuss and share their experiences. Delegates receive practical tools and techniques to take back to work and which help to embed the learning. Our projects have included a series of coaching skills workshops for a large public sector organisation, team development workshops and management development training. Other workshop subjects can include performance management, people management skills, engagement and communication, and HR related matters such as recruitment and handling discipline and grievance issues.
Bespoke Development Programmes
Our longer term development programmes can include a series of workshops tailored to your needs with one to one coaching built into the programme to help transfer behaviours and learning back into the workplace. We will work with you to understand the complexities of your business and the outcomes you are looking for.
